The ASTRONOMY CLASSROOM FOR ASTROTOURISM ACTIVITIES project contributes with the followingactions in favor of the environment and against climate change: astrotourism is carried out in areas ofhigh natural value by way ofrespectful and extremely careful with the environment, being outdoor nighttime activities, where clients are informed of the obligation to take care of the space to guarantee its preservation. Likewise, clients are informed of theactions against light pollution, a fundamental factor for the good development of astrotourism, to enjoy aclean sky free of atmospheric pollutants, explaining the need to reduce pollution and the abuse of night lighting, key elements in the fight against climate change.
